Akinbode Bakare MD/ CEO

Mr. Akinbode Bakare:- Mr. Akinbode Bakare grew up working on the family farms in Lagos State Nigeria.  Having a first hand experience of the difficulties confronting farmers from his early years, Mr. Akinbode was determined to be part of the lasting solution to the problems facing agriculture in Nigeria and West Africa as a whole.
Apart from his farming background Mr. Akinbode has in excess of 7 years experience in Commercial Sales and Marketing with global experience in commodity market, agro allied products and property sales. He has held various managerial roles in Sales and Marketing.
Mr. Bakare has pioneered and setup several marketing department and teams as a consultant for several organizations both locally and in the international market. He was the Chief marketing consultant for Alphacell Techno Ltd and he is currently the Managing Director/CEO.

Ola Oluwole ( Executive Director)

Ola Oluwole is a highly resolute personality, he has a strong drive and care for the community. He studied and has been practicing Mechanical Engineering and Farm Mechanization.
Up till today he has posted in 15 years active experience in different fields in United Kingdom and the Irish agrarian community of North republic of Ireland - Europe. In Africa, he worked on the fields of Moore Plantation as techologies - Ibadan, both on I.A.R & T AND National Cereals Research Institute. He was also the farm manager of Josbaf Farms in Oyo State before joining Bishorps Limited.
Ola is a member of International Association of Engineers (I.A.E) and international Institute Energy Conservation (IIEC) He is a registered Speaker with the Idea list.

Sam Adesiji (Executive Director)

Mr. Sam Adesiji is also a Certified Real Property Appraiser from the State of Minnesota United States of America with 10 years of working experience in providing market analysis for mortgage bankers and brokers.  First African to hold a Certified Residential Appraiser License in the State of Minnesota, USA.
Mr. Adesiji worked with CenterPoint Energy Incorporated in Minnesota for 5 years in which his primary responsibilities include providing solutions to natural gas problems in and around the Twin Cities areas of the State, monitoring gas pressures where necessary during the winter months to ensure free flow of natural gas to consumers’ homes and businesses. Mr. Adesiji is also responsible for tracking and pinpointing underground gas leaks with a hand-held device for accurate and precise location of the leak.  He was the lead Technician in the ‘Construction & Maintenance department.
Mr. Adesiji is equipped with 12 years of Business Administration and Quality Assurance.  
He is currently a member of board of directors for of Bishorps Limited
